Harvest at 1½–2½″ in diameter for best quality. This versatile variety is sweet and mild, with low levels of the compounds that can cause bitterness or digestive issues in other cucumbers. While excellent fresh, it also performs well for pickling. A standout specialty item for market salads. Note: slow to begin producing.
