A spectacular blend of colours with striking bicolour petals.

The petal undersides are softly washed in muted burgundy, giving the 1.5–3″ blooms a bold, eye-catching look. This mix offers an excellent range of colors with a high percentage of double and semi-double flowers borne on long, sturdy stems. Also known as pot marigold, common marigold, or Scotch marigold.

Edible flowers:
The petals can be used fresh or dried in “flower confetti,” soups, soufflés, rice dishes, baked goods, and as a garnish for desserts. Calendula is a popular addition to salad mixes, adding bright colour and a tangy, slightly bitter flavour. Remove petals from the flower base before use, as the base can be quite bitter.
